The counters and backsplash are Mexican native Ticul stone and Talavera tile.

An outdoor shower and a half bath are conveniently located in the courtyard (adjoining the rear bedroom).

Both have wide doors that open onto the courtyard, as well as remote controlled AC.
Of course, every room has an overhead fan.
